Lemon aroma is usually very overpowering. It does that in two distinctive ways. Either it has fresh but sour high notes or it gives off an unmistakable sweet freshness. When Dinner Lady served up her latest e-juice creation called Lemon Tart, she definitely choose the latter. Contrary to most ‘citrus based’ e-juices, the lemon aroma does not overpower at all, better yet, it blends in perfectly with the rich, buttery flavor of a well baked pie crust.
The difference between good and great
What makes Dinner Lady’s Lemon Tart really special is how close she came to the real thing. Because a good lemon tart has this thick, crunchy crust that was made with ample amounts of butter and a creamy, almost custard like filling made with lemon zest and juice. But a great lemon tart gets a light brush of a blowtorch for that dark sweet caramelized flavor that really ties everything together.
And that is exactly why I am so excited about Dinner Lady’s Lemon Tart. The lemon is sweet, fresh and creamy and the smooth combination of butter and burned sugar just makes me want to close my eyes and softly hum. It’s just that good!
Best of both worlds
I’ll even go one step further and make the bolt claim that Dinner Lady’s Lemon Tart might be the perfect e-juice for both lovers of fruity flavors as for fans of bakery style flavors. It has the best of both worlds without any of the aromas taking the lead and overpower the rest.
If you love lemony flavors in any shape or form I would highly recommend giving Lemon Tart by Dinner Lady a shot!
